A guided parcel journey

From supplier order to delivery choice.

Grand Bell is organized around clear records and customer decisions. Each step appears in your workspace as it is actually recorded.

01 · ACCOUNT

Create an account or sign in

Use your email address and password. Google sign-in is optional when configured. Staff permissions are assigned separately.

02 · PURCHASE

Register supplier orders

Add the seller, your order reference, and an item description. The record belongs to your account.

03 · WAREHOUSE

Receive an automatic shelf number

When staff log a physically received parcel, the system assigns a unique cargo shelf identifier. It appears with measured details.

04 · REVIEW

Confirm or flag a parcel

Check recorded condition and details. Confirm it for consolidation or report an issue for the warehouse team.

05 · CONSOLIDATION

Request eligible parcels together

Select parcels you have confirmed. Operations reviews, packs, and marks the consolidation ready before booking.

06 · DELIVERY

Choose a bike or bus

Enter packed dimensions and weight. A bike is available only inside configured limits; an oversized load must use a bus.

07 · STATUS

Follow recorded updates

Track the Grand Bell reference for booking and operations events. Carrier scans appear only after an authorized provider is connected.

Operations transparency. Grand Bell does not show a made-up warehouse address, quote, carrier delivery date, or external scan. Business-specific operating rules must be confirmed before live dispatch.
